Who is Andy Morris?

For more than eight years Andy Morris has pursued a career of finding solutions to real estate problems for both home buyers and home owners. Andy is an Ohio licensed real estate broker with premier real estate brokerage, Realty Corporation of America. At Realty Corporation of America he is director of the Short Sale and Foreclosure Solutions Department.

Andy is a sought after consultant and trainer for other real estate agents, real estate investors and home owners in foreclosure.

Andy is an inveterate professional. He has completed many thousands of dollars in specialized training, courses and seminars regarding all aspects of real estate sales, real estate finance, loan originating, appraisal, creative financing, marketing, negotiating with banks, negotiating defaulted debt, judgments, real estate title, bankruptcy and credit repair.

In addition to his extensive real estate education he continues to regularly attend cutting edge business and foreclosure trainings to keep up to date on this fast changing industry. Most recently he completed the landmark Ohio Supreme Court sponsored foreclosure mediation training to be court sponsored foreclosure mediator.

He also trained for and became an Ohio licensed loan officer. Although he chose not to renew his loan officers license last year, this back ground in finance has allowed him to really understand the banks and lenders that he negotiates with on a daily basis.

Andy is the author of the much read and downloaded “Foreclosure Loopholes Report.” Along with his “Short Sale Your Home and Get Paid” foreclosure consumer education course launch, he is rolling out a whole line of foreclosure consumer education products and he is also currently developing a state approved internet continuing education training platform along with content for realtor's and brokers.

Andy is a regularly featured expert blogger on the premier Wannanetwork.com Short Sale Blog. He has been a guest on The Stark Group Live (WERE) real estate talk radio and recently made an appearance cohosting the show. He has been featured in The Cleveland Plain Dealer, Scene Magazine, WEOL, WFHM and the google radio ad network.

One thing Andy's clients like about him is his combination of knowledge and skill to help them mixed with his ability to empathize with them in their situation. He is able to do this because he has been behind in his payments and been in the position of having to negotiate with creditors on his own behalf. This perspective allows him to deal with his clients with compassion, discretion and dignity.

Andy is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) as well as the Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR) and the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors (CABOR). As a Realtor he subscribes to their extensive code of ethics. He is also a member in good standing with the Northern Ohio Regional Multiple Listing Service (NORMLS) and with Centralized Real Estate Information Services (CRIS).

Andy is married to Jenelle and they live in Lakewood, Ohio along with their foster (hopefully adoptive) son Gabriel and a few dead or dying fish. Andy attends church at Westlake Bible Fellowship.
